After the Foundation organized a donor dinner in partnership with the company Thannh-corp. in October 2014, funds were raised for the internship of three Montenegrin hospitality students in France.
Jovana Braletic and Olivera Simovic from the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management and Nemanja Krstovic from Gastro Academy Vuk Mitrovic will stay in Normandy from June 30 to 24 August. They will have an opportunity to learn about the French cuisine, under the mentorship of top chefs Philippe Hardy, Arnaud Viel and Frank Quinton.
The Petrovic Njegos Foundation organized on October 10th in the hall of the Government House in Cetinje, a donor dinner in order to raise funds for a practical training of Montenegrin students of hospitality in France with top French chefs, in Michelin star awarded restaurants.
The fundraising dinner was created as a remake of a gala dinner served in 1907, according to the French protocol and French menu, on the occasion of the Queen Milena’s birthday.
This gala event, held for a limited number of 40 special guests, was organized in collaboration with the French company Thannah-corp., which is specialized in the creation of gastronomic events and professional development.
