Assistance to people struck with floods: Project "Holidays in Montenegro for thirty children from Kraljevo"
Since the first days of the disastrous floods that struck Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia, the Petrovic Njegos Foudnation has been involved, to the extent possible, in the solidarity and humanitarian actions initiated in Montenegro.
The Fifth Parade of the Scout Association started officially yesterday in Bar. On that occasion, Prince Nikola Petrović Njegoš greeted the young scouts emphasizing that with their activities they are showing care for nature and they are contributing to overcoming the differences between the people of the world.
Within the project “Playgrounds for all children” which is being implemented by the Association “Roditelji” from Podgorica, the Foundation Petrovic Njegos donated funds to provide the equipment for the playground in the Njegosev Park in Cetinje.
In 2013, the Petrovic Njegos Foundation and the Prince Albert II Foundation signed the Cooperation Agreement and the Financial Convention for the first joint project related to the Skadar Lake.
With the concert of the jazz pianist and composer Bojan Zulfikarpasic (Bojan Z) and his quartet “Soleil” in KIC “Budo Tomovic”, held on 21 June 2014, Montenegro marked the “World Music Day”.
