The Foundation initiated the establishment of a francophone club in Cetinje, named “Frederic Rossif” in memory of a French filmmaker born in Cetinje. The club is located in the building of the former French Embassy, which today houses the archives of the National Library of Montenegro.
Donation of traditional costumes to the Cultural-artistic Association "Plavsko jezero",the Academic Association "Iskra" and Cultural-artistic Association "Njegoš"
In July 2012, FPN donated ten Montenegrin national costumes to the Cultural and Artistic Association from Plav, as a form of support to the local initiatives in the field of arts. This activity was also supported by the Ministry of Culture of Montenegro and Plav Municipality.
In November 2012, the President of the Petrovic Njegos Foundation, with an active participation of the Montenegrin Embassy in Paris and the city of Montpellier, organized an event to mark 60 years since the death of Queen Jelena.
In collaboration with Petrovic Njegos Foundation, in October 2012, one of the French dailies, the Paris Figaro Magazine published a seven-page information leaflet about Montenegro.
The Foundation participated in the first edition of author film festival “Montenegrin Film Festival of the Mediterranean” (MOFFEM) held in Kotor from 13. to 16. September 2012 and organized by the local Cultural Center.
